Illustrator Spotlight

Anton Hallmann is one of Sepia’s first-generation illustrators. We first met him while he was studying design in Hamburg – and were immediately drawn to his distinctive color palette, intricate collages, and unique approach to visual storytelling.

Today, Anton lives in Sweden with his wife, where he works on a wide range of projects for clients around the world. Art directors are continually surprised by the breadth of his work: from board game design and book illustration to fine art prints, as well as maps and collages created for magazines and newspapers.
