Smiltyne-Ferry

Even before Lithuanian illustrator and designer Lina Disciplina joined us, she impressively demonstrated how well her illustrations work on a massive scale. She was responsible for the painting of the Smiltyne ferry.

The clever twist: Right at the waterline, she placed fishing and rowing scenes in such a way that as soon as the ferry sets sail, the waves bring the illustrations to life. The result is a vibrant and magnificent piece of art that interacts harmoniously with its environment.

In addition to projects like this, Lina Disciplina also designs large-format posters and campaigns for cultural events.
